Last updated: 27 October 2026. This policy covers the NoMaya app and website, provided by NoMaya (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us").

Information we collect

• The questions you ask and the messages you submit for checking, and the answers we return.
• A random identifier for your device, and your feedback on answers.

We do not collect your name, contacts, location or payment details. If you choose to save notes in the app (18 and over), they are stored only on your device; they are sent with your questions to personalise answers and are not kept by us.

How we use it

To answer your questions and to improve the quality of our answers.

Sharing

Your question, and the context needed to answer it, is processed by service providers that generate answers on our behalf. They do not receive your device identifier. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and we use no third-party analytics.

Retention and deletion

We keep your questions and answers until you ask us to delete them. You can ask from the app's menu or by emailing support@nomaya.app.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to us.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or raise a concern, by writing to us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Age

NoMaya is intended for people 13 and over.
